Tandia Elijio coordinates logistics and operations for The Broad Academy’s professional development sessions. She most recently served as assistant director of programs for the Riordan Programs at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, leading programming, events and services to provide real-world exposure for first-generation, underrepresented high school and college students. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she was an outreach coordinator for the Norman Topping Student Aid Fund and a community investment intern with Time Warner Cable. Tandia earned a bachelor of arts in cultural anthropology from the University of Southern California.
